Until recently, Le Champagne was a room used exclusively for
winetastings and private dinners. Soon, the attractive seagoing wine cellar will
become an intimate restaurant at night, with a maximum of 30 guests enjoying
special Relais & Chateaux menus designed by chef Joachim Koerper of Girasol, the
celebrated Michelin two-star restaurant in Moraira, Spain.
We were invited to a preview dinner during our Silver Whisper
cruise, and the meal was stunning in both flavor and presentation.
