Ship's provisions

Deep in the Silver Whisper's hull, a large storeroom is packed with cereal, flour, canned goods, and other unrefrigerated food items.

Most provisions are shipped in containers from the United States to assure consistency, quality, and compatibility with guest expectations. However, fresh items are often purchased locally. During our "Scotland's Tattoo" cruise, we dined on such local ingredients as whisky-cured salmon from Scotland and sea bass from the Copenhagen fish market.
