Silversea Grand Suite photo

Accommodations

Grand Suite

The largest accommodations on the Silver Whisper and its sister ship, the Silver Shadow, are the four Grand Suites. These are available in one-  or two-bedroom configurations, with maximum sizes of:

Suite 601 1409 sq. ft., 130.9 m
Suite 701 1,435 sq. ft., 133.3 m
Suites 801/802 1,286 sq. ft., 119.5 m

The living room is large and roughly square in shape, with a sitting area, dining area, and bar. The sofa converts into a bed for a third passenger, and sliding glass doors open onto a balcony.

The main bedroom is virtually identical to the bedroom in a Royal Suite (see previous page), and it has large forward-facing windows that let you see where the ship is headed if you aren't content to watch the bridgecam channel on your TV.

The optional second bedroom is essentially a Veranda Suite with its own bathroom, walk-in closet, seating area, and private balcony.

Other features include a Jacuzzi tub and separate toilet/bidet area in the main bathroom, a half-bath in the living room for guests, a CD player, and multiple televisios and VCRs (including a large flat-screen plasma TV in the living room).

For all this comfort, you can count on paying $1,500-2,000 per person each day, but that price includes laundry service (which costs extra in Vista or Veranda Suites).
