Dining

Getting acquainted

The Restaurants on all Silversea cruise ships have an "open seating" policy. During meal hours, you can arrive whenever you wish and sis wherever you like--whether you want the privacy of a table for two or the conviviality of a large table such as the one in this picture.

Early in the cruise, you may want to let the maitre d' seat you at a table for six or eight. This is a great way to meet other passengers.

TIP: Allow at least two hours, and preferably longer, for dinner. Menus feature many courses, and The Restaurant's atmosphere encourages lingering--especially with friendly tablemates and interesting conversation.
