In the photo above, the windows on the topmost sheltered deck belong to the Panorama Lounge. (The golf cage is barely visible in the concave area on the deck above.)

The Terrace Café is behind the glass windows and doors  just below the Panorama Lounge. Open decks lower down on the ship's stern are used by the crew.
