Before we reached the doorway to the terminal, an employee intercepted us, wrote our cabin number on
luggage tags, put the tags on our suitcases, and handed the bags to a porter.
Next, we showed our documents to a uniformed clerk who assigned us to an
embarkation group. We went inside, took the escalator upstairs, and waited 20 or
30 minutes until our group's number was called.
