Hundreds of spectators and well-wishers bade farewell to ms Rotterdam
from the riverside park in front of the Hotel New York as we left the cruise
terminal behind.
On board the ship, many of the Dutch passengers waved scarves or colored
banners so they could be identified by relatives and friends on shore.
