The Palace of Holyroodhouse is at the foot of the Royal Mile. Just below it is Holyrood Park and the Queen's Drive, where you'll see the parking lot in the photo above.

The entrance to the Salisbury Crags footpath is on the hillside just below the photo. (See next page.)
