Mix-and-match city packages

Icelandair's Reykjavík packages start with the basics (see page 1), but you can build your own customized city package with options such as:

Reykjavík Card: Includes museum admissions, use of the city's geothermally heated swimming pools, unlimited bus transportation, and various discounts. (Available for 1, 2, or 3 days.)

Cultural Sampler: This combines the Reykjavík Card with a symphony concert and a walking tour of Reykjavík's Old Town.

Reykjavík Club Pass: Free admission and drink discounts at ten of the city's "hottest clubs and bars."

Seasonal and holiday packages

Icelandair packages IcelandFrom November through March, Icelandair offers a two-night "Midweek Madness" package for USD 299 or GBP 292 per person, double occupancy. The same package is available in November and April for USD 399 or GBP 350. Extra nights are available.

Holiday packages such as the "Halloween Getaway," "Thanksgiving in Iceland," "Christmas in Reykjavík," "New Year's Eve on Top of the World," "Valentine Lover's Holiday," and "Easter Adventure" are also on Icelandair's menu from October through April. These packages include special meals, excursions, etc. And throughout March, a two-night "Gourmet Adventure" has departures every Thursday. (Note: A few of these packages are available only from North America; special British packages include Tuesday "Shop Till You Drop" departures and a "Golden Moments Tour" that departs London on Thursdays.)

Self-drive packages

A "Town and Country" self-drive package is available from September 15 to October 31 and again from April 1 to May 15. The four-night itinerary gives you time to explore theEastfjords ("Iceland's forest country") or the glaciers and black sand beaches of Iceland's South Coast. Or you can simply rent a car by the day through Icelandair, with pickup at the airport or another location in Iceland.

Iceland plus Europe or North America

Book and buy adFrom North America, you can book a variety of Icelandair packages in Britain, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden. And while these packages aren't unique in themselves, Icelandair offers something extra: a "Take-A-Break" stopover in Iceland for one, two, or three nights at no additional airfare. Most of Icelandair's Reykjavík air/hotel deals and tours are available in combination with its European packages.

From the United Kingdom, Icelandair offers "Breakaway Weekends" in Boston, New York, Washington, Baltimore, Minneapolis-St. Paul, or Halifax. Prices include air fare and hotel room (no breakfasts), with departures from London or Glasgow.
