London Stansted Airport
Stansted is London's third-busiest airport, with 24 airlines carrying some 10 million passengers to 90 domestic and overseas destinations. It's located northeast of the city. Trains of the Stansted Express line (a.k.a. the "Stansted Skytrain") connect the airport with London's Liverpool Station. Journey time is 42 to 45 minutes, with trains running every 15 minutes from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and every 30 minutes during the early morning, late evening, and weekends. The airport's station is right next to the terminal, and you can also buy tickets from machines in the baggage-claim area. Note: If you're headed to or from the West End, you can change between the Stansted Express and the Underground's Victoria Line at Tottenham Hale. For more information, see:BAA
