Hotel El Jebel
The ultra-luxurious El Jebel has suites and junior suites in three different styles. It's near the center of Taormina, next to the Palazzo Ciampoli.

San Domenico Palace
This 108-room hotel was converted from a monastery that was built in 1430. Its guests have included Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn, although today's visitors are more likely to be from the capitalist aristocracy than Hollywood. The Palazzo San Domenico's swimming pool is open from April to October.
