This 108-room hotel was converted from a monastery that was built in 1430. Its
guests have included Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn, although today's visitors
are more likely to be from the capitalist aristocracy than Hollywood. The
Palazzo San Domenico's swimming pool is open from April to October.
