Florence: Ponte Vecchio ("Old Bridge") with afternoon sun and clouds. The first bridge in this location may have been in the Etruscan era; the Romans later built the first in a series of wooden bridges. A stone bridge went up in 1080, and shops have been on the Ponte Vecchio since the 12th Century.
