Aer Lingus
Ireland's national airline serves more than three dozen airports, including three in the
Republic.

flights. Long-distance flights use A-330s or 757s.

Alitalia
If you're headed for Italy, Alitalia probably has a flight departing from a
city near you.
Atlantic Airways
This Faroe Islands airline has flights from Copenhagen to Vágar International Airport
throughout the year and from Billund, Denmark (home of
Legoland) during the summer.
Austrian Airlines
MY family was once served an excellent meal (not just a snack) in the short distance between
Zürich and Salzburg--in coach, no less.

The former British Midland has been rechristened and expanded, with both
intra-European and transatlantic service.
Braathens
Norway's largest airline is an SAS partner. It connects London, Rome,
Murmansk, and half a dozen other European cities to 14 Norwegian airports.
British Airways

British European
This regional carrier was previously known as Jersey European Airways. It links the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey to
Britain and Ireland.
Crossair
This carrier has merged with the late Swissair to become
SWISS, Switzerland's new national
airline.
Cyprus Airlines
Fly between Larnaca Airport and a modest but growing number of European destinations. If
you're headed for North Cyprus, you'll need to check Cyprus Turkish Airlines.
Czech Airlines
Prague is the hub of this 74-year-old airline, which flies to cities in
Europe, North America, the Mideast, and the Orient.
DAT
Delta Air Transport (a Belgian company) provides service between Brussels and
other European cities.
