Note: For information on U.S. and Canadian customs regulations for returning travelers, see our Miscellaneous Resources page.

New Zealand Passports
Download an application in .PDF format, then open and print it with Adobe's free Acrobat Reader.

United Kingdom

UK Passport Service
Britain may be part of the European Community, but British subjects still need a passport to travel abroad. Also, the Visitor's Passport has been abolished, so you'll now require a standard 10-year passport to leave the country.

United States

Passports
To be on the safe side, allow a minimum of six weeks to get your passport unless you're willing to pay an "expedite" fee. (You can save time by downloading an application in .PDF format for viewing and printing with Adobe's free Acrobat Reader.) If you need even faster service, try a private expediting service such as Passport Visa Express, which can get you a U.S. passport in 24 hours.
