The links on the following pages are grouped alphabetically by country. Some of the camera sites are very slow to respond (especially when there's a lot of Net congestion), and sometimes a camera will be down for repairs. If one camera doesn't work, try another--and if you know of a European Webcam that isn't listed but should be, feel free to send me the URL by e-mail.
