You can test your balance and confidence on the
Naturhochseilgarten near the
Eibsee station of the cogwheel railway that ascends the Zugspitze.
During the
week, the rope course is reserved for groups, but it opens on Saturdays for
individuals if at least 10 people have signed up. (Book before 11 a.m. on
Fridays at the Eibsee Hotel or the
Vivalpin Mountaineering and Ski School.)
