Rome three-star hotels (F-O)
Fiamma
Leaving on an early train? Have breakfast, grab your bags, and head out the
door--the Fiamma is just a few steps from the main entrance to the Termini
station.
Giglio dell'Opera
As you might guess from the name, this 60-room hotel Giglio is convenient for
aficionados of the Opera Theatre; it's also near the Termini station and public
transportation. Guestrooms are furnished in a traditional Italian style.
Giolli
The Hotel Giolli is in the heart of the city center, three minutes from the
Colosseum and within easy walking distance of other major sights. Triple and
quad rooms are available.
Lilium
Each of this boutique hotel's 14 rooms is named after a different flower. The
simple, summery decor is heavy on floral and pastel themes, and the superior
double rooms have small terraces with flowering plants.

Marconi
If you're traveling with a computer or other wireless-enabled device, you'll appreciate the
Wi-Fi Internet access in each of
the Marconi's 39 rooms. Six of the rooms are non-smoking, and one accommodates
disabled travelers. The hotel is located between the Termini Station and Santa
Maria Maggiore.
Mozart
A 1998 renovation brought the Mozart's 200-year-old building up to date, but the
hotel still has the feel of a luxurious private residence. The tiled roof garden
offers views of the neighborhood, which lies between the Piazza del Popolo and
the Piazza di Spagna.
Nizza
Triple rooms are available at this centrally located 70-room hotel, which is
just beyond the Piazza della Repubblica from the Termini Station.
Oxford
Use the free Internet terminal to check your e-mail when you stay at the Oxford,
which is close to the Via Veneto. Some rooms have mini-balconies.
