Not
all flights to "Venice" actually go to Venice: Several budget carriers
and charter operators--including Ryanair, Bellair, Germanwings,
Skytrain, Transavia, and Wizzair--fly in and out of
Treviso Airport
(TSF), which is located about 26 km or 16 miles from Venice.
Fortunately, it's easy to get between TSF and Venice's
Piazzale Roma without spending much money. Two bus companies, ATVO
and Barzi, offer frequent service in inexpensive air-conditioned
