Actv Zattere Vaporetto Stopfrom: Fisheye Venice
The No.1 and No. 2 vaporetti have large areas of open deck that are popular with tourists. (Some older boats also have seating in the bow, and all have a small semicircular area of sheltered open-air seats in the stern behind the passenger cabin.) In this photo, a No. 2 vaporetto (formerly the No. 82) is approaching the Zattere stop on the Giudecca Canal. Note: Some Alilaguna airport boats also collect and discharge passengers at Zattere, which is a convenient point for reaching addresses in Dorsoduro.
