 You
want a stylish, affordable hotel that's convenient to the
Campo San Stefano in San
Marco, art galleries, and the Zattere
pedestrian promenade on the Giudecca Canal.
The hotel's location is perfect for art lovers, since of two of Venice's
top art museums (the Gallerie dell'Accademia and the Peggy Guggenheim
Collection) are nearby. It's also convenient if you're arriving or
departing on a cruise ship at the
San Basilio
pier, which is an easy walk from the Belle Arte.
The hotel has 67 rooms, a garden where breakfast is served during the
warmer months, an elevator, and Wi-Fi (the latter for an extra charge).

In the top satellite image, look for the Ponte dell
Accademia or Accademia Bridge. On the south side of the bridge,
you'll see a pedestrian street labeled "Sestiere Dorsoduro." The
Hotel Belle Arti is about halfway down this street toward the
Zattere and the Giudecca Canal (which are at the bottom of the
frame).
