Cabin 220The small but efficiently-arranged cabin had upper and lower berths, a porthole that could be closed to keep out the 24-hour sun, a table and chair, a small closet, and a private bathroom. The two bunks had duvets and plaid woolen blankets. A wooden ladder for the top bunk was inside the closet. In the photo above, the view from the porthole is of the floating pier in Longyearbyen. Later, at sea, the views became more spectacular:
