Deck 4 consists mostly of cabins, with just one public room: the Theatre La Compagnie (located aft), which has a stage and tiered seating.

On Deck 5, near the stern of the ship, L'Austral's Spa offers the usual range of massages and beauty treatments.

Next door is the Fitness Center, which has exercise bikes, treatmills, a Genesis machine, and other equipment.

During our cruise, passengers could also take free morning fitness classes in the Main Lounge with dancers from the Ballet Paris C'Show.

Forward of the Spa, near the photo and video shop, parents can play with their children at the Ponant Kid's Club.

The Kid's Club has a piano, a TV, board games, and plenty of toys. (The structure in the middle of this photo was built by children during our cruise--possibly with help from maman et papa.)
