Silver Spirit Cruise PhotosFrom: Silver Spirit Cruise Review Palma de Mallorca (7)
At dinner that evening, Silver Spirit's culinary team served up the traditional Silversea Pool Barbecue.
Extra tables had been set up on Decks 9 and 10, on both sides of the Pool, with white tablecloths and comfortable wicker chairs.
Cooks and waiters served a feast with dishes--including
regional specialties--that ranged from barbecued ribs to suckling pig and
paella.
Drinks and desserts were also in plentiful supply.
The party wrapped up with an alfresco show by The Artists of
Silversea, followed by dancing on deck.
As the sun set, Silver Spirit's passengers were treated to a view of Thomson's Island Escape and the hills behind Palma, with a floodlit Bellver Castle in the distance.
At 11 p.m., Silver Spirit sailed from Palma, leaving the harbor and the Cathedral behind as we disappeared into the night toward the island of Menorca.
