B is the only ACTV stop on the island of the same name, which is famous for its colorfully-painted houses and is home to the Museo del Merletto or Lace Museum. Silvia Zanella, a licensed guide who was born and raised on the island, offers inexpensive Discover Burano walking tours in English and Italian.

We aren't aware of any hotels on Burano, but Venissa--an upscale B&B with a Michelin-starred restaurant--is located on the neighboring island of , which is connected to Burano by a footbridge and has its own Mazzorbo ACTV stop.
