From: Venice Waterbus Stops
Cimetero ("Cemetery") is an ACTV stop on the graveyard island of San Michele, which is between the northern waterfront of Venice's historic center and the glassmaking island of Murano. (See our article about a self-guided Lagoon Island Tour via public transportation.)
San Michele is worth a visit at any time of year, but it's especially interesting on All Saints' Day (November 1), when Venetians visit the cemetery en masse and ACTV runs free water buses almost nonstop between Fondamente Nove and Cimitero.
The Cimitero waterbus station is served by:
ACTV Lines 4.1, 4.2 public water buses
The closest hotels to Cimitero are near Fondamente Nove and on Murano.
