Monemvassia lower and upper town photo

This view of Monemvasia was taken from the M/V Silver Whisper. The old town (also known as Kástro, or the lower town) is in the walled area beneath the cliffs. The ruined citadel or upper town, with the Church of Hagia Sophia, is on top of the rock.
