Maratea - Caseus Prize
"Italy's best cheese trolley" was created by Chef Giovanni
Guarneri of the Ristorante Don Camillo in Siracusa, Sicily.
The trolley in the photo includes various cheeses, a honeycomb,
crisp crackerlike breads, a traditional reed basket, cherry tomatoes, and other
items.
