Maratea - Centro Storico

Maratea's historic center, or old town, lies directly beneath the Statua del Redentore on Mt. San Biagio. You can see the village's two main squares in the photo above (one in the center, the other at right). The hotel swimming pool of the Locanda delle Donne Monache is just visible in the lower left corner.
