The Eibsee Alm is a meadow next to the Eibsee, or Lake Eib, at
the foot of the Zugspitze. The lower stations of the Bayerische-Zugspitze Bahn
cogwheel railway and the Eibsee-Seilbahn cable car are located near the Eibsee,
which is a short drive or long walk from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen suburb of
Grainau.
