Voyages of Discovery (formerly known as Discovery Cruises in the U.S. market) is a UK-based small-ship line with two vessels:

• MV Discovery is a 20,186-ton ship (formerly the Island Princess) with 350 cabins that accommodate two to four passengers each. The ship is equipped for "soft adventure" expeditions in the Arctic and Antarctic, but it also has traditional cruise-ship amenities such as swimming pools, bars, a movie theatre/lecture hall, a gym, an Internet center, and a beauty salon.

• MV Voyager is a newer addition to the fleet. The former Alexander von Humbolt has 278 cabins, including 30 suites with private balconies.

In 2012, the line's cruise calendar includes voyages of 7 to 47 nights in the Mediterranean, British Isles, Baltic, Scandinavia, and North Atlantic.
