Update: The musical, Ludwig II: Longing for Paradise, is no longer running. The Festspielhaus in Füssen in Allgäu now stages operas and other productions and continues to offer gastronomy at various price levels in the theatre's restaurants.

Tickets to the show

To order tickets, visit the official Ludwig II Musical Web site. Click "Tickets Online," and you'll find links to two ticket agencies.

Another possibility is to buy tickets through your hotel concierge or in person at the theatre box office, although tickets may be in short supply during high season or on weekends. (When I attended the musical on a Friday evening in late September, the theatre was packed.)

Finally, if you live in North America, you can obtain tickets from:

315 Tenth Avenue North, Suite 93
Nashville, TN 37203
