Venice People MoverPage 4 People Mover videosOur first video shows a three-minute ride on the People Mover from the Piazzale Roma to the Tronchetto parking island. It was taken on the People Mover's first day of public operation, so the train merely slowed down without stopping at the then-unfinished Marittima station near the Venice Cruise Port entrance. (The Marittima station is now open.) The second video shows a People Mover train entering the Tronchetto station after dark, followed by a somewhat bouncy three-minute ride to the Piazzale Roma: Our third video (which is quite short) shows the People Mover station in the Piazzale Roma, including a glimpse of a spinning cable pulley: Back to: Venice People Mover
