The three-star
Hotel a la Locanda di Orsaria is
only a two- or three-minute walk from Venice's
Santa Lucia Railroad Station, with no bridges to cross.
How to reach the Locanda di Orsaria from the train
station:
- Leave the station by the front door or (if you have luggage, a stroller,
or a wheelchair) by the
side entrance,
which is near Track 1.

When you reach the wide fondamenta or pavement in
front of the station, turn left.

Walk past the Scalzi Church and the Scalzi Bridge toward the
Lista di Spagna (a busy pedestrian thoroughfare).

At the corner of Calle Priuli ai Cavalletti, just beyond the
bridge, turn left and walk down the narrow pedestrian street.

The Locanda di Orsaria is a short distance up the street,
beyond the Hotel Florida.
From the Piazzale Roma:

Look for the Calatrava Bridge (officially named the Ponte
della Costituzione). It's the large modern bridge at the northeast corner of
the square, next to the Hotel Santa Chiara.

Cross the bridge and continue straight ahead, past the large
building on your left, to the train station.

From the station, follow the directions above.
From the Marittima cruise terminals:

Take a shuttle bus, a taxi, or the
People Mover to the
Piazzale Roma.
