The three-star Comfort Hotel Diana is just north of the Piazza San Marco and St. Mark's Basilica. It has 28 rooms, including several that are accessible by guests with wheelchairs (a rarity in Venice). Wi-Fi is free throughout the premises.

How to reach Comfort Hotel Diana from San Marco Giardinetti:

As you leave the boat platform, turn right and walk along the water. (Souvenir kiosks and a small public garden will be on your left.) You'll cross a low metal ramp over a canal.
At the Piazzetta (a large open space with two stone columns), turn left and walk into the Piazza San Marco.
Cross to the northeastern corner of the Piazza (to the right of the clock tower). Near the carved stone lions just beyond the Basilica, you'll see a passage that leads into the Calle Specchieri.
Walk down the Calle Specchieri a short distance. The Comfort Hotel Diana will be on your right.

From the Marittima cruise terminals:

Take the Alilaguna Blue Line airport boat from the cruise basin to the San Marco Giardinetti waterbus stop.
