The
Locanda Acquavita is a five-room, family-owned inn near the Fondamente Nove
(also spelled "Fondamenta Nuove")
on the northern edge of Venice's historic center. From the B&B, you can easily
walk to the Rialto Bridge or the Piazza San Marco. Free Wi-Fi is available in
the lobby.
How to reach the Locanda Acquavita from the
airport-boat stop at Fondamente Nove:

As you leave the boat landing, look for the Salizada
Spechieri. This is a street just to the right of the pier.

Walk inland on the Salizada Spechieri, past the Gesuiti
Church to the Campo dei Gesuiti.

You'll see a bridge ahead of you. Cross the bridge and turn
left at the Calle Venier, which will be the second street after the bridge.

The Locanda Acquavita will be on your left near the end of
the street, right before another canal and bridge.
