Maratea - Porto

This may look like an aerial photo of the Porto di Maratea, but it was taken from the viewing platform beneath the Statua del Redentore on the summit ridge of Monte San Biagio. Note how the sea is choppy outside the breakwater and smooth in the yacht basin, with waves dissipating inside the harbor entrance.
