The reception area of the Augustinian Monastery is open from morning until evening. After hours, guests open the front door with their room keys.

A rack to the right of the reception desk has booklets and other materials in German and English. The illustrated 36-page Evangelical Church and Monastery of St. Augustine Erfurt book is an inexpensive and worthwhile souvenir.
