A coal-fired steam locomotive of the HSB, or Harz Narrow-Gauge Railways, takes on water in Schierke in the Harz Mountains of Eastern Germany. (Some highlights are lost in the snow behind the HSB employee, but the camera's "IA" or automatic mode did a great job of capturing a full range of tones on the black locomotive.)
