This HSB Railways photo was snapped during a blizzard on the Brocken, Northern Germany's highest mountain. I shot in RAW mode and tweaked the white balance slightly before converting to JPEG. (The original photo had a slight bluish cast which likely would have been removed if I'd used the LX3's "Snow" scene mode.)

Interestingly, the camera chose a fairly high shutter speed of 1/800 second, which turned out to be a good choice with a high wind whipping snow (and me) around during the shot.
