Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3From: Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3 Review
f/2.0, 1/30 sec, ISO 500 If you view this picture of Leipzig's Nicolaikirche at full size, you'll see blown highlights on the light fixtures and some chromatic aberration or purple fringing in the window on the right-hand side of the photo. Still, the LX3 did a commendable job of finding the optimum exposure for the scene as a whole in IA (fully automatic) mode. Note: I've got another (and better) version of this photo without the window, but the window works better in this example--which just goes to show that the needs of camera reviewers don't always match those of camera owners. Larger versions: 115-Kb and out-of-camera 4.2-Mb.
