Ca' d'Oro is an ACTV vaporetto stop on the north side of the Grand Canal, just below the Strada Nova (the main pedestrian thoroughfare in Cannaregio, on the way from Venice's Santa Lucia Railroad Station to the Rialto Bridge and the Piazza San Marco).

The single-platform station has an ACTV vending machine that sells tickets and Tourist Travel Cards.

Several excellent hotels are near the Ca' d'Oro vaporetto stop, including the Ca' Sagredo Hotel (five stars), Foscari Palace (four stars), Pesaro Palace (four stars), and the Alloggi Santa Sofia (B&B).
