If you don't mind staying a long vaporetto ride away from Venice, you should be happy with Antica Dogana (a B&B-restaurant next to the ACTV stop) or--for a unique experience--Venice Hotel on Boat, a three-cabin floating B&B in Treporti's yacht harbor.
